Alfonso`s Mexican Food in Winslow

We had the breakfast burritos, the burritos have always been good, no complaints, if your not hat hungry or don't eat a good size burrito, then purchase the junior size, it's just as good, about half the size and will fill you up just as well

Chicken was tough to eat. Bland as well. The salsas didn't do much to the flavor. Ordered a super nachos with chicken and a chicken quesadilla.

The alfonsos burrito is delicious and as big as my arm. Both the carne asada fries and quesadilla are Devine. The taco salad is a new favorite as well!!

We had two beef burritos to go and we both agreed that those were maybe the best burritos we had so far in our lifes. So I would definitely recommend the place, also the price was really good. The place itself was basic, not too nice.

Good tasting Mexican food but a dirty place.

This place is extremely good! I am from San Diego and have eaten A TON of Mexican food, this place is definitely going down on one of my favorites. The food is definitely cooked fresh unlike some places and its also a lot cheaper than most. They have a super unique twist to a few tradition entrees, one of which ai got myself. It was some beef rolled tacos but on top of the usual sour cream, guacamole and cheese they add steaming hot carne asada, more cheese and enchilada sauce. BOOM! Talk about some fuegooooo!

There were very stingy with the 3 orders of carne asada fries

Cheese enchilada isn't even melted. Asada is burnt around the edges. Terrible customer service. Will never eat here again. The portions are big but the quality is terrible

Good food but filthy place

Food is delicious and authentic. Had the menudo and it was absolutely delicious.

My daughter Samantha is a fan of the carne asada fries ❤️ Had lunch with Rick once and the beans were suspiciously spoiled so he refuses to eat here after that. Personally I think it's ok.

I get take out a lot here good food but needs a major facelift

The food is decent. Very authentic Mexican food. What brings this place down is their cleanliness factor. I'm not going to go into details here, but trust me, you want to get this food carry out if you do choose to go here. Otherwise, staff is nice and food is decent.

This is not good Mexican Food the place out of health codes. I seen an employee sweep out cockroaches and cockroaches outside the drive through door trying to get in. There tortillas are hard and made with to much lard. The place is not clean my order of carna asada frys hard dry burnt meat. There salsa bar had flys all over it.

Picked up some take out for our overnight stay in Winslow, not bad.

Food is amazing, the staff are really friendly and worked with us regarding food allergies.

Chose this place based on most of the reviews. Definitely should have gone with the minority. Service was bad and the food was equally bad. 1 star for the timelines of getting our order. There is one not friendly person taking the order and another in the back cooking. Maybe the cook gets the star as the nacho portion is big enough for 2 people and no interaction was had with her to know if she's as rude as the other lady.

A great deal on good food. You won't be disappointed! Ask for the mega burrito if you have teens to feed, lol.

The Guacamole was watery and quite concerning, however the Breakfast burrito is worth a tasty mention.

Fair to good food decent quick stop could use a facelift paint job or cleaning thoroughly

LOVE LOVE LOVE. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING. I saw some people walk away because the outside is a little run down but please look past that and go inside. The service is better than Chick-fil-A, seriously. And the food taste like heaven. And prices? 2 meals for less than $20. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best place ever! Loads of food for amazing price. Their salsa bar is the best salsa bar too. And I love the staff, so friendly! Their breakfast burrito is so big you gotta hold it with two hands. Plate of nachos will easily feed two people.

Alfonso's is a family favorite place for quality Mexican cuisine. We love their carne asada burrito and super nachos! One time we went through the drive thru and our food was cold. We took our order inside and the manager remade our entire order and it was perfect. I highly recommend Alfonso's to anyone who likes quality Mexican cuisine. Thank Alfonso's!

Typical Mexican Restaurant like all the others with your standard Mexican Food Menu. Very Good Food. It is my go to when I want shredded beef tacos or carne asada fries or carne asada nachos. Yes very good. Try it you wont be disappointed. 😁
